Role Overview
As our Sales & Marketing Integrator, you will be the backbone supporting our sales and marketing initiatives. You'll work directly under our founder to implement sales strategies, manage our CRM, enhance our digital presence, and coordinate marketing events. This entry-level role or internship is the perfect opportunity to build your portfolio while driving real business growth. Special projects come with the potential for bonus payments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating and executing sales strategies
- Support customer relationship management through our CRM systems
- Manage and implement Google Business advertising strategies such as Seller PPC and Buyer PPC
- Content Marketing: Develop, execute, and track content marketing campaigns aimed at engaging our target audience
- Email Marketing: Assist in creating and sending newsletters, drip campaigns, and other email marketing initiatives
- Native Advertising: Help coordinate sponsored content and in-feed ads to improve brand recognition
- Enhance our digital channels through social media, SEO, and email marketing
- Website content creation and implementation
- Google My Business Advertising: Maintain and optimize our Google My Business profile for local search
- Track and report key performance indicators for sales and marketing activities
- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and other community-building activities
- New client acquisition through online and offline channels
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Prepare presentations, sales materials, and marketing collateral
- Manage special projects with the potential for bonus payments
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Some prior experience or coursework in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Business advertising strategies, CRM software (e.g., Follow Up Boss, HubSpot), and digital marketing channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Self starter who is eager to learn and have a measurable impact on a growing business
- Team player who can also work independently
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing in a startup environment
