Location: Los Angeles/Remote
Position: Part-Time Internship
Duration: August 2024 - October 2024
Hours: 5-10 hours per Week
About Us:
The Cadence Collective Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to making classical music accessible and engaging. Our upcoming concert, "Music Around the World," promises to be an exciting and educational event featuring a diverse range of classical compositions from different cultures.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Marketing Assistant Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone with a strong interest in arts and music, particularly classical music, to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and fundraising within the arts sector. The ideal candidate will be eager to contribute to a meaningful project and help support the foundation's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing:
-Develop and execute marketing strategies for our upcoming concert.
-Identify and target the right audience for the event.
-Research and propose effective advertising methods.
-Assist in creating promotional materials such as flyers and posters.
2. Fundraising:
-Assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
-Identify potential donors and cultivate relationships with them.
-Help organize and coordinate fundraising events or campaigns.
-Assist with donor communications and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
-Strong interest in classical music and the arts.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Basic knowledge of fundraising and donor relations.
-Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
