Barista

While all Krak Boba baristas will be under the ultimate supervision of the owners and/or shift leads, they must be able to work independently at times, while also thriving in a team environment.

The right person for this role has either a proven track record of excellent customer service skills or have the potential to, is professional with the whole team and customers, have the ability to think on their feet, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Krak Boba Baristas are responsible for maintaining a sanitary and organized work area even while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Essential functions:
- Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry is
preferable, but not required.
- Greet customers as they enter, including food delivery
professionals (Uber Eats, Door Dash, Grubhub, etc).
- Make recommendations and answer questions regarding the
menu.
- Take orders intently and prepare accurately.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their order.
- Maintain cleanliness and organized work and common spaces,
including the restroom.
- Prepare and cook drinks and toppings.
- Replenish ingredients and inventory stocks as needed.
- Manage cashier station.
- Open and/or close store.
- Be punctual.
- Ability to work week night/days and/or weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- You must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Create content for the store's social media channels to promote engagement and boost sale through foot traffic to the store or online ordering.
